Q: Do you install my design or do I have to?
Everything that you order from me, I will install for you.

Q: Do you need my password to install my design.
No I do not. All of your personal information will stay with you. When it comes time for the installation, you will just need to add me as an administrator to your blog. I then will create my own password for me to log in. Once the install is complete you then remove me as an administrator, and I can no longer access your blog.

Q: Will my widgets/sidebar items transfer over to my new design?
Yes everything will stay on your design. I only edit your HTML code of your layout to put on your new design. If you are concerned, you may always back everything up just to be on the safe side. However, like I said, I do not touch your page elements.

Q: When will my design be ready?
Once I receive your deposit, you will be put on my next available spot on my design schedule. This is an estimated start date, however it can change depending on the designs before you. Obviously I can only design as quickly as I get feedback from you. If you are diligent in checking and responding to my emails, then the design may be completed within 3 days. However, if you are ordering a custom illustration please know that it can take up to 7 business days for that to be completed.

Q: Where do you get your cartoon images for your designs?
I draw these completely by hand. I draw them once they are ordered and make them to look like you. I cannot promise it will look identical, however it will represent you. I try to make it look as much like you as I can.
